By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from Rightway Financial regarding insurance information, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and educational content related to Medicare, health, life, and retirement insurance options.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Rightway Financial reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time.

By opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from Rightway Financial, you expressly consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded text messages from or on behalf of Rightway Financial at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or enrollment in any insurance plan.

You represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the mobile number provided.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Rightway Financial by providing your mobile phone number on our website contact or consultation request forms and checking the SMS consent box, or by texting START to 1-800-276-7245.

You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from Rightway Financial at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

You may also opt out by contacting us at Support@Rightway-Financial.com or calling 1-800-276-7245 and requesting removal from our SMS list.

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier for sending and receiving text messages. Rightway Financial is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support may vary. Rightway Financial and its service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and any information you provide will be used in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We will not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Rightway Financial complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FCC regulations, and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. By opting in, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Notice.

If you believe you have received a text message from us in error, please contact us immediately at Support@Rightway-Financial.com or 1-800-276-7245 so we can investigate and correct the issue.

Rightway Financial reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
